Delicious and flavorful Low Carb hamburger patties are great to have in your freezer for a quick and tasty meal! Add ground meats to a large mixing bowl and add in the eggs and seasonings. Mix by hand or use a mixer to gently mix together. You don't want to overmix or your patties will be tough. See my video below for a quick way to mix everything together and keep those patties nice and tender. Divide into patties - I usually get 7 based on the thickness we like. I love the ease of a hamburger press, but if you don't have one just freeze on a cookie sheet until solid and then put into a resealable bag. We cook our patties right from frozen. Preheat the BBQ and toss them on. Make sure you cook to an internal temperature of least 160F. A temperature probe is a great kitchen tool!.

Here in Canada finding regular ground beef is next to impossible, it’s all extra lean – yuck!. I’ve been mixing ground pork and ground beef 50/50 and we really like the blend as the burgers are juicy and they grill up fantastically! I usually make a double batch but still mix each recipe separately to ensure everything is well mixed. I’ve picked up a couple of hamburger presses at the thrift store and I freeze the patties right in them.
There is a video below the recipe showing how I mix my burgers if you don’t like sticking your hands into raw meat. It’s quick and I mix, just until mixed so as to not toughen the patties up, usually about 30 – 45 seconds. Your welcome!
