Hi, I’m Shelly, 58 years old, certified Holistic Nutrition and Health Coach, Certified Ketogenic Lifestyle Coach, and someone who’s very much still figuring this out alongside you.
I’m not the coach who’s going to stand on a pedestal and preach perfection. I’m the coach who’s navigating menopause, stress, life changes, and yes, weight fluctuations, in real time. And that’s exactly why I can help you.
What I Know (And Why It Matters)
I specialize in helping women 35+ reverse the metabolic chaos that’s keeping them stuck: insulin resistance, pre-diabetes, Type 2 diabetes, fatty liver, high blood pressure, and stubborn weight that won’t budge no matter what they try.

I’m honest about my own struggles. I’ve gained 30+ pounds in the last 6 months. I know what it’s like to feel like you’re backsliding. I also know how to work my way back, with compassion, not punishment.
I don’t pretend to have it all figured out. Health isn’t a destination you arrive at and stay forever. It’s a journey with ups and downs, and I’m navigating mine right alongside you.
I won’t shame you. Not for gaining weight, not for bingeing, not for “falling off track.” We’re going to approach this with curiosity and kindness, because that’s the only way lasting change happens.
